The Marketing Coordinator team member at ITX will provide overall strategic planning and support for the execution of marketing activities. The position will research and integrate marketing activities to strengthen the ITX brand identity and overall business viability.
The Marketing Coordinator will provide support for other marketing activities including but not limited to: staying on top of industry trends, creating internal communications, assisting with the creation of presentations, compiling internal marketing data and other research activities as they arise to support the ITX Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, recommend, and implement marketing activities to engage customers and prospects.
- Research and implement new marketing technology for lead nurturing and retention.
- Continually evolve marketing processes to help ITX to grow revenue.
- Write and edit a variety of marketing communications including effective web copy and internal-facing communications.
- Monitor for brand consistency and messaging.
- Manage day-to-day activities of external agencies and vendors in support of the above activities.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience with business-to-business marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and execution of marketing activities.
- Strong marketing writing skills including experience creating/editing customer facing material.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Organizational skills a must.
Qualifications
- B.A. in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years marketing/advertising/public relations/ agency experience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, preferably in B-to-B.
- Ability to understand and communicate writing best practices and guidelines.
- Independent, action oriented, self starter a must.

An exciting opportunity exists to join a local IT Powerhouse in our headquarters office in Pittsford, NY. ITX has additional offices throughout NY State and in Argentina. This is a co-op position with the opportunity to grow into a career post graduation. This role is designed to support our existing Leadership Team, Marketing, and Product Management with the design, distribution, delivery, profitability and pricing of the ITX products and services.
ITX is looking for a leader in the Marketing/MIS fields with a desire, drive, and knowledge in technology. This co-op will have great foundational skills in their field with a strong business acumen, great organizational and people skills and will enjoy working closely with the sales channel.

- Inside Sales Support Date: 1/8/2008 Place: Rochester, NY Term: Direct hire Rate:
Excellent customer service professional need to handle the support for the ITX Outside Sales Force with existing 500+ active clients and the creation/development of new accounts and in-bound/out-bound calls and additional support activities.
The overall goal of this position is to create an amazing customer experience. This will be accomplished by providing support to the ITX Outside Sales Force in developing new prospects and interacting with existing clients to increase sales of ITX products and services. Excellent oral and written communication skills, solid computer skills, professional phone skills and the ability to multi-task required. Prior Sales experience or customer service experience is preferred.
Exciting growth potential is available in this position with a future of multiple paths into outside sales, product management, or as a project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle in-bound client phone calls and make some outbound calls regarding lead generation.
- Support Outside Sales Force in quotes, contracts, product support materials, etc.
- Generate opportunities for ITX to grow client base.
- Follow up with existing clients in a customer service roll to renew and maintain existing strength of relationship.
- Monitor for brand consistency and messaging.
- Manage day-to-day activities of external agencies and vendors in support of the above activities.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience with business-to-business sales, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong people skills and the ability to create customer quotes, pricing, and customer documentations.
